To upgrade your FlexWare software on your PickPoint provided Dell Computer, please download both the Server and Secure Client Update Files.

**ALL CLIENTS AND SERVER MUST BE UPDATED AT THE SAME TIME; MISMATCHING VERSIONS MAY NOT FUNCTION TOGETHER**

Instructions to updating your FlexWare locally at the PickPoint Dell Computer.

  1. Download the upgrade files to your PickPoint provided USB Flash Drive.
  2. Insert the USB FLash Drive into the PickPoint Dell.
  3. Log into the PickPoint Dell Computer as the xadministrator. If you do not have your password to log in, please contact a PickPoint Administrator.
  4. Locate the FlexWareServerUpdate20140929_01.exe upgrade file.
  5. Double click on FlexWareServerUpdate20140929_01.exe.
  6. Click on I AGREE.
  7. Click on INSTALL.
  8. Click on CLOSE
  9. Locate the FlexWareClientSecureUpdate20140929_01.exe upgrade file.
  10. Double click on FlexWareClientSecureUpdate20140929_01.exe.
  11. Click on UPDATE FLEXWARE CLIENT.
  12. Click on I AGREE.
  13. Click on NEXT.
  14. Click on CLOSE.

***Note: You may need administrative rights in Windows to run the executable file.
  1. Locate the FlexWareClientSecureUpdate20140929_01.exe upgrade file.
  2. Double click on FlexWareClientSecureUpdate20140929_01.exe.
  3. Click on UPDATE FLEXWARE CLIENT.
  4. ***UNCHECK*** Replace StartClient.bat. You do not want to replace the file.
  5. Click on NEXT.
  6. Click on CLOSE.
If you're receiving an error at login, go to the PickPoint Java Update site.
